Shinano Kenshi Corporation provides millions of custom assemblies— complex, modular and innovative solutions to some of the largest global companies. SKC provides more custom assemblies than any other motor company in the world. This service is significantly evident in the drive electronics SKC provides with our brushless dc motors. SKC custom assemblies optimize both the drives and the motors.

SKC’s custom assemblies provide solutions for a number of application critical functions. For example, our drivers feature rotor lock protection schemes and variable speed control that enable our customers to run our products in their application at very precise levels and with extreme accuracies (+/-0.1%).

Fortune 500 companies can specify industry best accuracy in their products because of our custom assemblies.

SKC designs 100% of our boards and drivers in-house. We also do 100% of the chip mounting, board testing and assembly.

SKC will also assemble boards provided by our customers. This readfiles assembly work for all three of the company’s core motor products – stepper motors, brushless DC motors and servo motors.
